Sales Development Intern

As a Sales Development Intern at AIQod, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by identifying and creating new sales opportunities. This role will provide hands-on experience in the world of sales, prospecting, and business development. You’ll gain practical insights into how technology and AI can drive business success.
Duration: 4-6 months
  •  Key Responsibilities: 
– Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, social media, and databases.
 – Outbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients, introducing them to AIQoD services.
 – CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and interactions.
 – Sales Support: Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and relevant sales documents.
 – Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies.
 – Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and outreach success.
  •  Skills & Qualifications: 
 – Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team.
 – Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not required).
 – Interest in AI and technology-driven solutions is a plus.

Enterprise Sales Manager – PaaS & SaaS Solution Sales; (BFSI, Retail, Pharma/Healthcare)

  • About the Role
    The individual would be a Hunter, who has consistently exceeded order objectives/targets in previous positions.
  • A work experience of 7 years autonomous & is geared up to work as an Independent Contributor.
  • She / He would be the core of our Enterprise Solution Sales, having a strong knowledge of BFSI,Retail, Pharma/Healthcare industry with a strong passion and hunger to exceed sales targets/objectives.

 

  • Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed his / her sales order objectives.
  • Identify, Qualify & pursue New Logos while managing existing customers
  • Smart with intelligence in creating a strong pipeline, and accuracy in forecasting order closures to meet annual target/order objectives.
  •  Strong knowledge & experience in Account Mapping, and relation shipbuilding with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers across the organization
  • Discipline of building account plans, weekly meetings
  • Go-getter attitude and an extrovert in building confidence & developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Align the Pre-Sales team to provide solutions based on customer requirements to win orders.
  • Sales cycle management from qualifying an opportunity, solution definition, presentation, proposal creation, strong
    negotiation skills, and closing, respecting AIQoD’s standards.
  • Add value to the marketing team by providing competitive information, key technology events, and industry
    interaction.

 

  • Experience in Technology
  • Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation, Analytics, RPA, and Enterprise Solutions based on Generative AI, ML, PaaS & SaaS
  • Sales Strategy:
    – Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    – Identifying new market opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends to position the company competitively.
  •  Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, and relationship building.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely manner.
    – Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    ∙ Sales Pipeline Management:
    – Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
    – Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts.

 

  • Collaboration and Communication:
    – Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer
    support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
    – Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales performances and market trends.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    – Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Qualification
    ∙ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences or related field is a must.
    ∙ Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
    ∙ Have a winner mentality and be goal oriented and driven by a performance-based compensation structure that adequately compensates high achievers.
    ∙ First class communication and presentation skills
    Travel
    ∙ The position is based in Mumbai.There will be 60% of travel to customers across India and if required for overseas opportunities.
