    AI Agentic Platform - Solution Architect/Business Analyst Intern — Solutions, Work From Home (WFH), Internship (3-6 Months)

    We are seeking a high-energy Enterprise Solution Architect/BA Intern who will be responsible for developing and designing enterprise-level software solutions using AIQoD platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and document project requirements and collaborate with software architects, UI/UX designers and developers in creating comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time remotely based role requiring proficiency in technology and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business/product requirements and objectives.
    • Solution Design: Develop and design IT solutions/products that address business challenges and align with organizational goals.
    • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to solve business problems.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical architects, and project managers.

    Roots Innovation Labs is looking for a Python Developer with strong expertise in core Python and Machine Learning (ML) to help build and optimize our AI ecosystem.

    • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices
    • Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications
    • Integrate front-end elements with server-side Python logic
    • Perform performance tuning, optimization, and automation tasks
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
    • Work with datasets for analysis, preprocessing, and model development
    • Support automation of data workflows and AI pipelines
    • Help in testing, debugging, and improving AI system reliability
    • Assist in building and consuming RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask

    • Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, social media, and databases.
    • Outbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients, introducing them to AIQoD services.
    • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and interactions.
    • Sales Support: Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and relevant sales documents.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies.
    • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and outreach success.
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
